BIEL Ranked First in the Rating of Providers of Legal Services for Resolution of Family and Inheritance Law Disputes
The Kommersant Newspaper published the first rating of providers of legal services for resolution of disputes. According to the Kommersant Newspaper, "The resulting rating is based on the most comprehensive and detailed analysis of the market of law firms in terms of types and kinds of disputes."
The analysis result is presented in three categories:
- Rating of projects in terms of the key types of disputes.
- Individual rating of lawyers in terms of the ten key types of disputes.
- Rating of law firms specializing in resolution of disputes of specific types.
Rating of Projects:
Out of the three projects described in the rating of projects for family and inheritance law disputes, two have been completed successfully by BIEL law firm (representation of businessman Arkady Rotenberg in divorce proceedings and businessman Vasily Anisimov in an inheritance dispute of the heirs of businessman Badri Patarkatsishvili and businessman Boris Berezovsky).
Individual Rating of Lawyers in Terms of Types of Disputes:
The first place among lawyers in the nomination "resolution of family and inheritance law disputes" was awarded to Philipp Ryabchenko, a managing partner of BIEL law firm. The following parameters were assessed and taken into consideration in the research: assessment of experience facts, assessment of the lawyer's involvement in the presented projects, feedback from clients, and others.
