Senior partner of the Law firm BIEL Philipp Ryabchenko was included in the Expert Council of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives

Independent nonprofit organization “Agency for Strategic Initiatives to promote new projects” was created under a commission of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, on 17 May 2011. The Agency supports commercial, social and infrastructure projects, in the part to overcome administrative barriers, to attract co-financing (through financial institutions and institutes for development) and to assist the RF regions in replicating of the best practices.

Expert Council of the independent nonprofit organization “Agency for Strategic Initiatives to promote new projects” was created for the purpose of expert examination of projects and initiatives.

The Expert Council participates in the preparation of meetings of the Supervisory Board and makes suggestions to the draft decisions of the Supervisory Board.

The Expert Council works on a constant basis and is an expert and advisory body at the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.

In order to carry out its activities for the expert examination of projects and initiatives the Expert Council created working groups in the following areas:

• “Strategic Planning”;
• “Evaluation of business projects”;
• “Analysis of institutional changes”;
• “Development of young professionals”;
• “Evaluation of social projects and initiatives.”

Authoritative representatives of the expert and business community were invited on a voluntary basis into the working groups of the Expert Council upon the recommendation of the Chairman of the Expert Council and with the approval of the Agency’s General Director.

Senior partner of the law firm BIEL Philipp Ryabchenko was invited to join the working group “Evaluation of business projects”.

The first meeting of the working group is scheduled for 06.04.2013.
